Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know Dr. DeFilippis. To understand what to expect from your first visit to our practice, please read through this page. You will find all necessary information, such as office hours, our mission statement and patient forms.

Our Philosophy

Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and address all of your concerns. It is our goal to make your visit with us as comfortable and pain free as possible.

Patient Forms

You may preregister with our office by filling out our secure online Patient Registration Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Complete and Send button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.

Note to Patient: Upon filling out your first name, last name, email and at least one phone number field (a valid home or cell phone) a button will appear in the upper right corner titled "Save and Exit" . This button allows you to save and exit your form to complete at a later date. The system will send a registration email to the email provided on the form, so that you may setup a login to go back and finalize your registration form online.

You may refer patients to our office by filling out our secure online Referral Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Complete and Send button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. What to Expect at Your First Visit

At your visit to our office, Dr. DeFilippis will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. When necessary, we may take digital x-rays and/or a panoramic x-ray to help diagnose your dental condition. Dr. DeFilippis will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
